The meeting pointed out that in recent years, fires caused by fire operations and building insulation materials in densely populated places have occurred frequently, causing major casualties and property losses, exposing prominent problems such as lack of effective supervision in construction fires, especially "small construction", and lack of strict control over the use of insulation materials. We must strengthen source control, strengthen inspection and testing, and improve product quality; we must strengthen construction management, strictly hold a certificate to work, strictly register construction, and strictly protect on-site; we must strengthen coordinated governance, strengthen departmental supervision, urge owners to conduct self-inspection, and mobilize public participation; we must strengthen technological empowerment, pay attention to the use of digital means; we must strengthen standard guidance and orderly introduce relevant standard systems.
