A relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Government Foreign Affairs Office said that the Beijing Municipal Government Foreign Affairs Office will issue a special invitation letter for 5 years and a stay period of 180 days to meet the requirements. According to this, relevant authorities will review and issue visas of M characters or corresponding categories with multiple times of 5 years and a stay period of 180 days; applicants can be exempted from collecting fingerprints and entrust others to apply for a visa, and only charge multiple times of a year visa fee will be charged. The Beijing Border Inspection General Station provides border inspection customs clearance convenience to foreign business people entering and leaving the Beijing Port Capital Airport and Daxing Airport to achieve rapid customs clearance.
It is understood that the Beijing Municipal Government Foreign Affairs Office will rely on the existing information system to carry out linkage work on special visas and customs clearance convenience, so that inviting enterprises does not need to submit materials to the foreign affairs departments of each district, and can realize the "full process of online processing" from submitting applications to obtaining special invitation letters, so that data can run more and enterprises will not run errands. There is no charge for applying for a special invitation letter.
