On February 9, 2025, in order to "steer the hot spots" to earn traffic income, Zhou, a netizen in Dianjiang County, Chongqing, used AI tools to generate a post "A man laughed so happily in the Sichuan landslide incident" and posted it online. This information was edited after searching for unrelated pictures and articles on the Internet, fabricating rumors such as a landslide in Meigu County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, and local people are not sad or laughing when facing disasters, disrupting public order and causing adverse social impacts. The local public security organs have imposed administrative penalties on Zhou in accordance with the law.

2. On February 11, 2025, Xu Mouxin, a netizen in Shenzhen, Guangdong, used AI tools to generate a copy of "Sichuan Landslide" in order to attract fans and earn traffic income.
