Local governments have introduced diversified subsidy measures and convenient recycling channels in light of the New Year holiday consumption demand. Online sales of dishwashers and water purifiers have increased by 71.8% and 47.4% respectively. Positive policies such as expanding the visa-free circle of friends and extending holidays have driven the rapid growth of cross-border tourism.

Intangible cultural heritage drives and leads new trends. The first intangible cultural heritage version has brought the national trend of the Spring Festival, and intangible cultural heritage theme products such as the White Snake Crafts and Colored Lanterns have grown rapidly. Sales of tourism products such as intangible cultural heritage performances and folk gardens were booming, with online sales increasing by 407.7% and 109.8% respectively during the Spring Festival holiday. Among them, the number of orders for folk performances such as Yingge and Dance, Fire Pot and other key monitoring platforms doubled.
Quality drives optimization of new supply, and healthy organic products become the preferred one. During the Spring Festival holiday, the sales of fat-swinging machines and step-striking machines increased by 98.3% and 93.8%, while the sales of organic condiments and organic milk increased by 81.5% and 44.4%. Giving health and stocking up health has become a new fashion and new trend for the New Year.

At the press conference on February 13, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce introduced that since the launch ceremony of the 2025 time-honored brand carnival, key activities have driven online and offline consumption of over 1.6 billion yuan.

According to reports, the 2025 Time-Home Brand Carnival held by the Ministry of Commerce, together with the Central Radio and Television Station and Beijing, has been launched on January 7, and has focused on the peak consumption season of the Spring Festival, launching more than 100 time-Home Brands Expansion activities to enrich the supply of New Year's goods and meet the consumption needs of the New Year.
The ten time-honored New Year’s goods gathering activities promoted by the Ministry of Commerce achieved direct sales of over 500 million yuan, driving online and offline consumption of over 1.6 billion yuan, especially the consumption of time-honored catering increased by 13.8% year-on-year.
