CCTV News: On February 13, the Marine Economic Development Bureau of Yuhuan City, Zhejiang Province issued a situation report. At around 6:50 on February 13, 2025, a fishing boat in Yuhuan suffered a shipwreck accident during anchorage in Fujian's eastern Fujian waters, and all 10 people on the ship fell into the water.
After receiving the alarm, Yuhuan immediately mobilized the surrounding fishing boats to search and rescue the waters in the accident, and the Chinese maritime surveillance ship rushed to the waters in the incident as soon as possible to participate in the search and rescue. Out of 10 people fell into the water, 8 were rescued, and 2 were still searching for them with all their might. The relevant departments have set up an accident investigation team and the cause of the accident is under investigation.
