From mid-January to February 11, a total of 22,000 recruitment activities of various types have been held nationwide, with 15 million jobs issued; 15,000 special trains, special planes, and chartered flights of migrant workers were issued, and 370,000 workers were transported.

From mid-January to mid-March, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Transport and other eight departments carried out the 2025 Spring Breeze Action nationwide, focusing on providing employment services to workers and employers. The Jiangsu human resources and social security department has raised a number of jobs in traditional industries, emerging fields, and service consumption, innovated offline service scenarios such as recruitment large groups and talent night markets, and made good use of online services such as online recruitment and live broadcast job leadership. Before the end of March, Jiangsu Province will hold 3,000 job search and recruitment activities of various types and release no less than 1 million jobs.

The Guangdong Human Resources and Social Security Department launched the 2025 "Spring Warmth" campaign across the province from January to March, providing a series of services such as chartered trains, job search and recruitment, employment guarantee, employment assistance, and rights protection.
