In this regard, Guo Jiakun said that China's deployment of hydrological meteorological observation buoys in relevant waters is in line with China's domestic and international law. At present, the float has completed its operational tasks at the original station. According to the actual needs of scientific observations, relevant Chinese units have implemented independent technical adjustments to it.
