At around 12:00 on February 8, a traffic accident occurred on the K3496+700m section of Changshen Expressway to Shenzhen. Chen Moushun (male, 27 years old) was driving a small car to change lanes and overtaking, and collided with a normal car on the left lane. The accident caused damage to the two cars to varying degrees and no one was injured. After the accident, Chen got out of the car and kicked the other party's car door and performed provocative and indecent behavior such as raising his middle finger. After receiving the report, the public security organs quickly organized police forces to investigate and deal with it. The First Brigade of the Expressway of the Traffic Police Detachment of the Municipal Public Security Bureau determined that Chen Moushun was responsible for all the responsibility for the accident.
