He once said: "Loyalty to the country is the greatest filial piety to his parents." Huang Xuhua is most concerned about the talent training of nuclear submarine development. He is over 90 years old once said: "Although I am old now and have withdrawn from the front line, I feel that my responsibility is not over. My current responsibility is to be a cheerleader for the new generation and encourage them."
