In response to illegal acts of gas stations such as cheating of gas engines, off-book operations, concealing sales revenue, etc., it has worked closely with market supervision, public security, commerce and other departments to deal with it seriously in accordance with the law and regulations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. In 2024, the national tax departments investigated and dealt with 2,722 high-risk gas stations, and investigated and compensated taxes and fees, charged late payment fees and fines totaling 5.789 billion yuan, effectively promoting the standardized and healthy development of the industry.
