Meteorological experts introduced that the local "ice-hanging landscape" phenomenon is caused by the evaporated water vapor from seawater encounters the cold surface of the guardrail in a low temperature environment. At the same time, the water vapor brought by the sea breeze continues to accumulate on the guardrail, aggravating the formation of ice hangings.
