On the night of the 11th, there will be moderate to heavy snow in the Changbai Mountain area, local blizzards, and most areas in the south will have light to moderate rain. During the day on the 12th, there will be heavy to heavy rain in eastern Guangdong, southeast Fujian, and southern Taiwan Island.
