On February 10, the Changde Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau issued a situation report saying that after on-site inspection and testing by relevant personnel and experts, no other beams and columns have been found to have unqualified strengths. Given that the structural design strengths of the main building and the pure basement are significantly different, and they are divided into districts and separated construction, combined with the inspection and verification of construction records, we will comprehensively judge the safety of the main structure in the area. At present, the corresponding upper and lower areas of the basement of the community have been fully enclosed and managed; the beams and slabs related to damaged columns are temporarily emergency back-top reinforcement and unloading, and the special reinforcement company has entered the site for construction.
