In Inner Mongolia, 3.5 million mu of high-standard farmland construction projects in the district have been fully started, with the construction period being about one week ahead of previous years. It is expected that some newly built high-standard farmland will be put into use before spring plowing. This year, Inner Mongolia plans to build 8.5 million mu of new high-standard farmland, create a demonstration area of 10 million mu of yield improvement for major crops and 10 million mu of "ton grain fields".

In the new year, Tibet will continue to strengthen ecological protection and restoration, and plans to complete the construction of more than 1 million mu of forests, restoration and control of degraded grasslands, control of 200,000 mu of soil erosion, and carry out pilot work such as "photovoltaic desert control" in an orderly manner.
To promote the high-quality development of the new energy industry, Jilin will achieve more than 6 million kilowatts of new energy installed capacity this year, and start construction of more than 5 equipment manufacturing projects such as hydrogen fuel cells.
