CCTV News: The reporter learned from the China Railway Corporation today (February 10) that in January, the national railway fixed asset investment reached 43.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.7%.
In January, the China Railway Corporation implemented important channel projects such as Xinjiang and Tibet, along the river, coast and border, highlighted the network connection, supplement networks, and strengthened chains, accelerated the implementation of freight network projects, and continuously improved the overall functions of the road network. The Yingshan 2 Tunnel, the first tunnel of the Huangtong-Baise Railway, was successfully completed, and the Taixingshan Tunnel, the longest tunnel of the Xi'an-Chongqing high-speed railway, passed through the Qinling Mountains, was completed. Important progress has been made in a number of key control projects such as the Chenyang-Baihe High-speed Railway and the Baotou-Yinchuan High-speed Railway Baotou-Huinong section. During the Spring Festival holiday, a number of major projects, including Chongqing East Station, Ruijin to Meizhou Railway, Nanchang to Jiujiang High-speed Railway, and the Qinzhou East to Qinzhou Port Railway, the Qinzhou East to Qinzhou Port Railway, were successfully promoted as planned and achieved a good start.
