The reporter learned from Xiamen Customs that since the launch of the BRICS dedicated line on February 10, 2023, Xiamen Customs has supervised a total of 474 round-trip flights of the BRICS dedicated line in two years, with 33,200 tons of imported and exported cargo, and the dedicated line has a total of 31.36 million cross-border e-commerce parcels. As my country's first cross-border e-commerce air transport dedicated line in BRICS cities, the route operates three flights per week, with a single flight load of up to 95 tons, providing efficient guarantees for the transportation of high-value-added goods and fresh products.

In terms of imports, this route uses high-quality salmon and fresh fruits as its main goods, and transports a total of 7336.66 tons of salmon and 3903.17 tons of fruits, with an import value of up to US$106 million, ranking first in the import volume of Xiamen Airport. These high-quality agricultural products from Brazil not only enrich the dining tables of domestic consumers, but also further promote in-depth cooperation between China and Pakistan in the field of agricultural products.
In the export field, the export volume reached US$476 million, and the cross-border e-commerce export volume reached an astonishing 14276.16 tons, and the number of parcels reached 31.36 million, ranking among the top e-commerce exports at Xiamen Airport.

The cross-border e-commerce air transportation dedicated line tests the convenience of port customs clearance. Xiamen Airport Customs has opened a green channel for entry fruits, conducting systematic and intelligent review of some fresh food certificates imported from the dedicated line, and through the smart certificate review module, it realizes that the accompanying documents are accepted and reviewed immediately, encourages customs declaration in advance, opens a dedicated inspection site for imported fruits on the dedicated line, and adopts convenient customs clearance measures such as "two-stage access" and "conditional withdrawal" to control the inspection time of imported fresh food on the dedicated line to within 30 minutes. It is reported that in the past two years, a total of 11,400 tons of fresh products have been imported through the BRICS dedicated line.
