At around 11:50 on February 8, a landslide occurred in Jinping Village, Muai Town, Yunlian County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province. After the disaster, the local area urgently formed an emergency rescue team and the Ministry of Emergency Management Engineering Emergency Rescue Survey Team to the landslide site overnight to carry out work, and completed the first real-life landslide model to support rescue.

The expert group covers the fields of geology, monitoring, informatization, and drones. They carry slope radar, drones, and geographic survey information systems. They arrived at the scene in the early morning of the 9th and immediately participated in the rescue mission. The expert team used drones to quickly obtain on-site three-dimensional images, generated a three-dimensional inclined photography model at 9 a.m., constructed a real scene of on-site rescue, and formed an emergency map of the landslide body. After consultation, experts from the front and rear sides initially planned a rescue site survey plan for on-site rescue decisions.

The expert group has set up rolling stone radar and slope radar for on-site slope monitoring, and send data back in real time to fully support on-site safety risks and ensure rescue safety. In order to strengthen the on-site rescue force, the second batch of expert teams will rush to the scene with drones, generators and other equipment.
