The National Development and Reform Commission stated that it is necessary to strengthen production guarantees, implement the minimum production plan of key fertilizer production enterprises, and stabilize the supply of energy resources such as natural gas, coal, sulfur, phosphorus ore for fertilizer production. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen transportation coordination and production and sales docking, accelerate the release of fertilizers to the grassroots level, and ensure that the supply of fertilizers is uninterrupted and not out of stock. In terms of reserves, it is necessary to strengthen the management of fertilizer reserves and put them on the market in a timely manner during spring plowing.
In addition, we must strengthen market supervision, increase efforts to combat counterfeiting, severely investigate and punish price violations, and improve the construction of urea futures supervision and delivery and credit evaluation systems in the fertilizer field.
A relevant person in charge of the National Development and Reform Commission said that at present, domestic fertilizer production is stable, smooth circulation, sufficient reserves, and prices are at a relatively reasonable level. The supply of agricultural fertilizers during spring plowing is guaranteed.
