Huang Xuhua is one of the pioneers and founders of China's nuclear submarine industry. He has been incognito for 30 years and has presided over the design of China's first-generation attack nuclear submarines and strategic missile nuclear submarines, making outstanding contributions to the development of China's nuclear submarine industry.
