According to the website of the Ministry of Commerce, nine departments including the Ministry of Commerce issued opinions on promoting the high-quality development of aviation bonded maintenance.

The opinion mentioned that support for aviation bonded maintenance should be increased.Aviation maintenance enterprises carrying out aviation bonded maintenance business within the aviation bonded maintenance product list are not subject to regional restrictions.Encourage new aviation maintenance companies to give priority to the comprehensive bonded zone.

The opinion pointed out that fiscal, taxation and financial policy support will be strengthened.If the products after aviation bonded maintenance are no longer transported out of the country and sold domestically, they can go through domestic sales procedures in accordance with relevant national regulations after obtaining relevant airworthiness certificates.

For domestic sales of repaired products within the comprehensive bonded area, import duties, import value-added tax and consumption tax will be levied according to the actual inspection status of the repaired goods; for domestic sales of bonded repair products outside the comprehensive bonded area, import duties, import value-added tax and consumption tax will be paid according to the first-line import status of bonded goods, and domestic value-added tax and consumption tax will be collected according to regulations.
